Hangin with my "peeps"

I am always amazed when the mother hen chirps the little ones just come running!
They know her cluck, they listen and they follow.

AWWWW I wanted Turkeys this year but it didn't happen. I love the thought at the end!

Such cute little babies! Made me think of Thanksgiving :( We've been having some crazy weather this summer too. I think we're getting all the rain that was supposed to go to Texas. Our nights are getting kind of cool. Will any tomatoes ripen this year?? We are not so patiently waiting. Hope you have a great Sunday. Mimi

Thanks so much for taking the time to make a comment. Do you have pictures of your home posted on here? I'd love to see it, that is so cool that you are the 3rd generations to live there. I saw you had pictures of the Manti Temple. I LOVE the Manti temple. My husband is from Ephraim and I really wanted to get married there but didn't feel like I could ask my family to drive there 7 days before Christmas in the middle of December, it's my favorite though. We settle on the Salt Lake and I was herded through I'm sure another 100 brides for the day :) That's ok, it was in the right place.

Thanks for stopping by recently, Mercy. I know how busy life can get...trust me! I'm not the blogger I used to be anymore either.
Wishing you a wonderful holiday season coming up. : )
Take care,
Mary Lou

Fun pictures. I love watching other mothers mother. Wouldn't it be great if all we had to do is cluck and our own little peeps come running back whenever we wanted them to.
I bet your life is on a fast track too. It seems like there never will be enough time to do all one wants to do...
Love your picture of George Washington and his quote.(might have to share it:) We truly enjoyed Valley Forge last year, which become one of our all time favorite and reverent places to visit.
Mount Vernon seemed too commercialized.
Hope all is well with your family!
