It is with my heaviness of heart that I tell you , my nephew, who was just 18, took his own life early sat morning.

So unbelievable....

I'm feeling very weepy today, and wish that there was something I could do to make it even a little bit easier for my sweet Peggy and Ron. I know their hearts are broken.

Here, my niece shares her love for her brother.

I just want to let you know today, that I know my Savior lives! He lives and loves us! That only through him can we have every lasting life. I know the power of the Priesthood is real, That Temple sealing are real and Eternal.

Families Can be together forever.

Fridays on the farm

It was cold here on the farm this morning!

Ice on the wheel lines makes it cold for the Mr. in the mornings
Brrrrrrrrr.

Sometime during the winter I bought this chair from the TS. It's getting a makeover.

I dithered back and forth for a while because I wasn't sure I wanted to pay the $5.00 asking price........LOL

I wasn't sure where I wanted to put it, until now. It will go in my bedroom, the Mr. will hang his clothes over it every night, and when the grand kids come, one of the little ones can sleep on it!

How fun is this? I have never seen one like it. It needs a little bit of work, but not much. Today, it's outside being painted white. The cushions are going to be red something.......I'm needing to make a fabric store run and see what I can find. :-D

Our neighbors came the other day with this large and heavy basket filled to the brim with a peace rose, fruit, and a darling garden ladybug. My goodness it took two people to carry it! The basket was a "thank-you" for the Mr. but I surly got to share the wealth!

The Mr. did their chores for a couple of weeks while they were in Salt Lake. Their almost 21 yr old son rolled his pickup truck 6 times, and was thrown out . He was so very blessed to be alive. The wreck happened around 8 in the evening, and he was not found until almost 2. A very long time to lay in the cold march night critically hurt. He did turn 21 in the hospital, and how grateful his folks were to be able to celebrate that day with him alive! He is home now and doing well. What a scare for them all to go through.

I almost forgot! I was called to be our ward( church congregation) girls camp director. And I am doing a fourth year overnight backpack hike! Ahhhhhhhhhhh! ( not to panic not to panic! LOL) We're going here, which is the BEST place ever to take the girls. I love it there. But the very words "backpack", "bear", and "Overnight" are not my favorite words to use together! :-D

Well, that's the farm today. The Mr. and the teen have been getting the garden spot ready, and are now building fence and my "sleepover" chair is needing another coat of paint.
ENJOY YOUR DAY!
